The house was built through 2018 and completed mid 2019; it blends into the landscape, as if a crofting out-building commonly found in the area. The grounds are fully fenced and kept in grass lawn. It is ideal for couples and families alike – we have worked to create a real luxury home experience.

It is designed to bring the outside in with considerable use of floor to ceiling glass in the main living and bedroom areas and importantly has many of the most up to date energy efficient Eco House features built in.   

The house is built to Air Sealed Passiv Haus levels, heating and hot water is provided by Air Source heating, the house is equipped with MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery system), there is also a stove with ample firewood provided which very quickly heats up the living space to maximum cosy levels.
